We offer one of the cleanest cabins in the Smokies with the highest standards of Quality and Excellence! Due to that extra care and premium service, all reservations will be billed a housekeeping fee of $75. Also, in accordance with our commitment to excellence and the Sevier County Health Department, the hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled prior to each check-in. The hot tub fee is rolled in with the cleaning fee. Additionally, we require a $100 security deposit. Once you check out and housekeeping gives the okay, your security deposit after any additional fees will be mailed out within 7 days of your departure. You will also receive pictures of any excessive damage or trash if you are charged an additional cleaning or damage fee.
- Damage to the cabin: I understand that it is my responsibility to review the cabin upon entry and notify Smoky's Lodge of any pre-existing damages to the property; I further understand that I accept responsibility for any issues found on inspection after my departure that were not reported. - In the event that you lose the cabin key, housekeeping will come out and give you a new one at a charge of $25. It is recommended to store the key in the lock box when not in use. There is a $75 fine if the key is not found in the lock box after check out.
- Housekeeping and Trash Removal: I understand that the cabin must be left in proper condition upon departure (dirty dishes in dishwasher; garbage bagged; etc ); I understand I will be billed for any additional housekeeping required for both inside the cabin and on the grounds surrounding and below the cabin.
- Smoking: Smoky's Lodge is non-smoking; if smoking is detected in the cabin, I understand I will be billed $250-$500 for extra cleaning required.
- There will be a $55 fee for the loss or damage of each TV or Cable remote controls. Please make sure they are returned to the table or end table closet to the TV on your departure. If housekeeping has to go search for the remote and can not locate it, it will be assumed that it is lost and you will be charged the fee.
