Reservations must be paid in full if booked within 30 days and are non-refundable. Any reservations made prior to 30 days is required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit of your stay plus half of the state tax with the remaining balance to be paid in full within 30 days of your reservation.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure. Independent travel insurance is recommended during the winter and early spring months.
